This week The theme for our assemblies all week has been Remembrance. Mr Eynon, Deputy Head Teacher spoke to pupils about the poppy and other ways we remember those lost in the World Wars and other conflicts since. The book fair held in the library was very successful selling £660 worth of books and other items. This enabled us to get £330 worth of free books for the library. During the interactive workshops, students received advice on the different types of higher education courses available, university fees and finance, the university application timeline, and the importance of students making future subject choices with university in mind.
