In a year which sees the introduction of new GCSEs and a new grading system in English and Mathematics, Darrick Wood School pupils and staff rose to the challenge and maintained the high standards we have come to expect. A level results 2017

It has been another excellent year for A levels at Darrick Wood School. Overall, 48% of grades were A*-B and 22% A*-A. In 15 subjects over 50% of grades were A*-B. There were some fabulous individual performances and the vast majority of students have achieved their first choice university. Congratulations in particular to Amy Tomkins who will read French and Spanish at Oxford.
