Congratulations to our Year 11 students, who have achieved some excellent Key Stage 4 results. The School is extremely proud of their achievements. Despite having experienced a very disrupted Key Stage 3 and 4 education, their endeavours and hard work have clearly paid off. Nearly 70% of students were entered for the EBacc qualification. This year’s Gifted and Talented Evening encompassed a wider range of gifts and talents than ever before. Those who attended were able to start by looking round the Art exhibition with its wide variety of excellent work on show with an amazing range of styles. Darrick Wood School has been nationally recognised for its exceptional 2016 performance by the School, Students and Teachers network (SSAT). Educational Outcomes data analysis from SSAT has shown that the school is in the top 10% of non-selective schools nationally for attainment. Darrick Wood School in the Performance Tables

The latest performance tables show that Darrick Wood School performed very well again last year. The percentage of students who gained their English and Mathematics GCSE at grade C or above equals the previous School record, and a figure of 82% places the School as the top mixed comprehensive school in Bromley.
