Darrick Wood School Wins Radio Drama Award

Staff and students at Darrick Wood School in Orpington are celebrating after winning an international radio drama award for one of their extra-curricular media projects. In January 2018 the school set up an audio blog to post weekly content including audio plays, short stories, original music and podcasts recorded by its pupils. UK International Radio Drama Festival 2019

DWS Audio is proud to announce that two of our audio plays have been included in the UK International Radio Drama Festival 2019. One of Our Exercise Books is Missing and Free Fall will be showcased on Thursday 21st March at Café Nero in Canterbury, the venue for this year’s festival.
