This week Assemblies this week focused on a theme that many parents/carers might relate to – money and the cost of bringing up a child. Whilst the real message was that children are priceless to their parents, students were asked to appreciate what parents/carers do for them, what they sacrifice and research that indicates it can cost around £200,000 to bring up a child from 0 to 18.
