This week This week has been dominated by the start of Year 11 mock examinations. We have made good use of our extended dining facilities to allow pupils to line up in the dry before going into the Main Hall. With one more week to go, everything has run smoothly so far. This week The highlight of the week was of course our production, Les Miserables. This production was truly one of the best, if not the best we have ever produced. All three nights were amazing and if you did not get to see it, I urge you to come to our next production. All students gave their very best and worked incredibly well together under the leadership of a very dedicated team of teachers and other staff. Thank you to…

With our current building programme now over, we will benefit not only from the new Dining Hall but also a new Movement and Performing Arts Building with specialist Drama and Music rooms and…

Following last week’s assembly on Apprenticeships, Year 11 were introduced on Tuesday to the benefits of a university education. Later in the week, each Form Group experienced an hour long session on revision and study skills by renowned expert Tim Foot. We hope they will find…

This week On Thursday evening we welcomed parents of Year 7 to a social and information evening. This was a fairly informal evening which provided parents with the opportunity to meet each other and the Year 7 pastoral team. These included improvements to the outdoor environment of the School (new water fountains, improved seating and shade…
